I hate Mondays just like you probably do too. I mean seriously, who doesn´t hate Mondays?! As there´s however no way bypassing it and as we all need to face Mondays, the best thing you can do is to try to make your Monday a bit more pleasant by incorporating as many fun, yummy, expensive, whatever things in it as possible. I for example make sure to prepare a healthy yet filling home-cooked dinner every Monday as well as starting off the day with a small pilates session and a relaxing long shower afterwards. Whatever it is, try to put yourself into a positive mindset so that you´re set to face Mr.Monday, our #1 enemy with a happy mind.
